Brian Dyke is the owner and founder of Shibumi Sports and has been involved in the player-agent business for over 14 years. He started with Creative Talent Management in 1997.While there they were able to sign 9 NBA first round picks. Brian’s primary responsibilities were marketing, client relations and player development. This included coordinating pre-draft workouts with a variety of NBA teams.Brian has extensive knowledge of the pre-draft workouts for every NBA team.

In 2000 Brian left and founded his own company Shibumi Sports.  Brian has negotiated over $200 million dollars in NBA player contracts & over $20 million in marketing contracts. Some of the shoe companies that he has a business relationship with include: Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Peak (China), And1 and Converse. Brian has also worked with other companies like Coca-Cola, Cadillac, American Express and EA Sports.
